Where to Stay in St. Thomas, The US Virgin Islands.
When my friend Melanie and Jarred decided to have a destination wedding who wouldn’t be thrilled to travel to St. Thomas to join in the festivities. St. Thomas was super easy to get to from NYC (direct flights on American) and the island was very quaint and charming. It was a wonderful weekend with old friends, a gorgeous tropical atmosphere and most importantly a wedding celebration.
The Marriott Frenchman’s Reef & Morningstar Resort – This hotel was great, very close to the town (approx a 5 minute cab ride) and had gorgeous views of the bay and the beautiful ocean. I would definitely go back and stay here. I’ve also known other couples who got married here so it’s a great venue and amazing location. 5 Estate Bakkeroe. St Thomas, 00801. US Virgin Islands.

The Ritz Carlton – This hotel opened after my visit to the Island (it was under construction while we were there) but I’ve heard it’s also a great place to stay. If I make it back to St. Thomas this will definitely be where I stay next! 6900 Great Bay. St Thomas, US Virgin Islands. 340-775-3333.
