The interior of the SolBar is stunning, however, we visited during the summer so took advantage of their lovely outdoor dining and ate outside.
We were welcomed with a glass of Champagne. Champagne is always the most festive way to kick off a celebration!
This was the most beautiful presentation of baby corn with cheese. It was also quite delicious!
We started off dinner with some delicious seafood enjoying Shrimp Cocktail and Lobster. I don’t eat Lobster very often so this was truly such a special treat! Thanks again to the SolBar team for spoiling us during this amazing birthday celebration!
We also had the lightest most flavorful salad which was grapefruit with cheese and roasted avocado with fennel and a little bit of olive oil. This was beyond tasty and so perfect for the hot weather.
I enjoyed fish for my main course which was expected was delicious! Everything at The SolBar is so so yummy it’s hard to go wrong!
Our dessert course included mini donuts, a lemon custard (which I’ve had before and is my absolute favorite) and Macallan 18 Butterscotch Pudding.
