Another great town in Door County is Sister Bay. They have a few more restaurants and bars (technically Ephraim has no bars as it’s a “dry” town, not allowing alcohol to be served). A few of my favorite spots to Eat & Drink in Sister Bay Door County Wisconsin are below. 

Door County Creamery – This was new to me for my 2014 Door County visit although it opened in the summer of 2013 (just after my D.C. visit). I was told by both locals and tourists this was a must-try. After visiting for lunch I understand why. It’s very charming and is owned by Jessie, the son of J.J.’s “Sugar Shack. During our visit I met him and some of his team who were all great.  They have their own Goats who make both the delicious Cheeses and the Gelato they serve. During my visit I had a delicious Goat Cheese Sandwich on French Bread as well as a Goat Cheese Salad (I know, I clearly LOVE Goat Cheese). Both were delicious. My nephew Henry tried the Gelato and LOVED it so I think it’s fair to say both their Food, Cheese & Gelato are tasty! 10653 N. Bay Shore Dr, Sister Bay, WI 54234.

J.J.’s “Sugar Shack & La Puerta  – If you’re looking for a Sunset Cocktail or just a great margarita on the water at Sister Bay this is the spot for you. It’s very chill, lots of young people and many people sitting outside at tables (not much seating inside) taking in the views and relaxing on vaca. Def a must visit while in Door County.  10961 North Bay Shore Drive. Sister Bay, WI.

Fred & Fuzzy’s – A fabulous beach waterfront bar/restaurant. It’s always popular and it’s located in Little Sister Bay (within Sister Bay).  Easy to pull up to and dock your boat or anchor at the Little Sister Beach and walk over.  I just learned on my most recent trip that on Tuesday’s they have live music. Awesome night to go. Super fun and it’s the hot spot for Tuesday nights in Door County. 10620 Little Sister Road. Sister Bay, WI. 920-854-6699.
