Hotel Fasano

Hotel Fasano is one of those places that just feels luxurious and so comfortable. It is located on a secluded location with some of the most stunning views you can see in Uruguay.

The property is really gorgeous as you can see in these photos. This is a perfect place to sit out and enjoy the views from any part of the grounds.

The Rooms

There are a variety of rooms to choose from but whichever one you choose, you’ll be in for a treat. The rooms are stunning and also allow you to keep those gorgeous views from your room with a private patio area.

Fasano Restaurant

Another highlight of my stay was eating at the amazing Fasano restaurant. Fasano restaurant is one of the great gems on that list that I got to try and enjoy. This is a local and tourist favorite, this rustic cabin-inspired decor is accompanied with some elevated fine dining featuring fine meat and seafood.

They even have a Fasano Wine label. The Sauvignon Blanc was perfect with this delicious shrimp appetizer I enjoyed.

For my entree I enjoyed a steak paired with another fabulous red wine by Fasano. Perfect pairing alert!
