Kansas City Sculpture Park at The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art

I was fortunate that before all the wedding festivities began in our weekend visit to Kansas City, Katherine gave me and Becky a guided tour of the Kansas City Sculpture Park. Conveniently, this is across the street from her parent’s amazing place so we enjoyed these views throughout the weekend. As a newbie to Kansas City (K.C. as the locals call it!). this was probably my most favorite site. What’s not to love, gorgeous green grass-covered in really cool eclectic sculptures and a gorgeous museum (The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art) as the backdrop.
