A trip of a lifetime….. A 7 day Safari in Africa, father and daughter. There is nothing like it and I recommend it to everyone. This has been a dream trip for me and after numerous years of asking, suggesting, and finally begging I finally convinced my Dad to take me for my 30th Birthday & Business School Graduation Trip. We visited three parks during our 7 day trip. Amboseli Park, Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara. I highly recommend our itinerary as each park offered a different experience and feel giving a very well-rounded Safari. We also were fortunate to visit late August so we witnessed the Great Migration which was amazing.

Odyssey Safari’s – When planning a Safari I highly recommend Odyssey Safari’s. They are an amazing boutique Safari company that created a unique itinerary for me and my dad based on our budget, time, and goals of the trip. Both Mark, the American who helps plan the trip and Eliud the fabulous Guide we travelled with in Africa are fabulous. We could NOT have been happier with our amazing trip, the customer service, the awesome game we saw (thanks to Eliud), and the lovely time spent during our week-long Safari with our Guide Eliud. Sopa Lodges – This was the first place we stayed on our week-long Kenya Safari and it was perfect. The Hotel had spectacular views overlooking Mount Kilimanjaro and we had our own little bungalow. My favorite part was the lovely pool which was hard to find in Africa I learned when selecting the hotels with our Travel Company Odyssey Safari’s. Sopa Lodges was very charming with great helpful staff, excellent service which I’d highly recommend if looking for a nice place to stay during the Amboseli Park portion of your safari.
