La Urbana Garage El Mercado Urbano

& Taco Tuesdays!!

As a huge Mexican food lover I was thrilled when La Urbana Garage opened in my favorite neck of the woods, Nopa. Between La Urbana, Nopa, Bi-Rite and The Page Bar (my favorite dive bar in SF) I was in heaven.  

As if one Mexican spot wasn’t enough La Urbana opened a more casual dining option, El Mercado Urbano (The Garage) a more casual, informal dining space still within La Urbana.  They have a great Taco Tuesday event where for $7 you get two taco’s and a beer. What’s better than that!! I enjoyed my first Taco Tuesday so much with my friend Tara,  that I returned with friends to celebrate my birthday (on my actual Birthday!).  Not much beats casual mexican food at a great price with close friends and fabulous drinks! 661 Divisadero St, San Francisco, CA 94117
