Where to Eat in Seminyak, Bali.
Stop #1 on Bali 23 Day Adventure.
Merah Putih – If you’re wondering Where To Eat in Seminyak Bali this is a MUST TRY! This was hands down the best “fancy” meal I had in Seminyak. By fancy, I mean a fabulous restaurant interior with delicious food but still well priced. For two appetizers, and an entrée my food was around $25 USD and my three glasses of wine (yes I’m a Californian who was in wine withdrawal) were around $35 (correct I spent more on wine than food, not new news here!). It was worth it for both. The food was delicious as was the fabulous ambiance, excellent service and overall dining experience. Delicious Indonesian food in a fabulously chic, modern environment. My fabulous Entrée, Papuan Slipper Lobster
The delicious Fried Cauliflower
Biku – This is a very well-known popular Indonesian Restaurant & Tea House. The Semara Resort & Spa Asst. Manager Alex recommended it and after my first lunch visit I understand why. The setting is adorable. It’s a small little house on Jalan Petitenget across the street from the W Hotel. After my delicious lunch visit including a fresh green juice & delicious Indonesian noodles I knew I’d have to return again before departing Seminyak. My second visit was just as spectacular. Also if you have tim, stay and enjoy some tea and take advantage of the Tarat Card Reader who’s on site. Jalan Petitenget No.888. +63 361 8570 888.
The charming outside Patio
The tastiest Green Juice. So good I had three times in three days! I also LOVE their adorable linens used as coasters.
The Pad Thai Salad, another favorite I had three times in three days!
Petitenget – This is a charming french style cafe that came recommended by my Australian Friends Claire & Fraser who I met at my hotel. They knew the area well and suggested this as a great breakfast option. Wow! Talk about adorable. It had both great outdoor seating and an inside area with A/C for those preferring the cooler temperature (after a day in Bali I was becoming that person that couldn’t survive the heat and needed the AC!). If you come for breakfast order their delicious fresh juices (as in a Green Juice or healthy juice vs. “OJ”). I had a Juice, Iced Latte and a Croque Monsieur. The drinks were the best part, although the Croque Monsieur had great plate appeal it needed a bit more mustard to give it that kick. Regardless, great spot with an adorable ambiance, delicious beverages, good food at very good prices. Check it out!!! Jl. Petitenget No.40X Seminyak, Bali. +62 361 473 3054.
