Esperanza, an Auberge Resort
I came to the Esperanza, an Auberge Resort in Cabo for a pal’s 40th birthday and had a fabulous time! I stayed in a private villa and we were greeted with chips, salsa, guacamole and fresh margaritas. Aside from the fabulous villa, the amenities and the team offered some of the best service I have ever experienced. Punta Ballena, México 1 KM 7, 23410 Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S., Mexico

Such a beautiful spot to enjoy a lovely meal. We had a package that included daily breakfast in this stunning restaurant Zanaya. This was a fabulous perk and a lovely way to have a delicious meal before our sightseeing and adventures!

Curious what to pack for a warm-weather trip to Mexico?
I’m frequently asked what to wear or what I pack for a trip so I’m sharing my Best Dinner Date Outfits below. This is constantly evolving throughout various seasons so take a look back in another season to see what I share!
One and Only Mandarina
The One and Only Mandarina is a stunning and tropical resort that you won’t want to leave. This luxury resort is a eco-inspired sanctuary that really immerses you in nature like you’ve never been before. This is hands down the most luxurious hotel I’ve ever visited. If you have stayed at One & Only then you know what you’re in for. This was my first and hopefully not my last stay at this heavenly resort.
Carretera Federal Libre 200 Tepic-Puerto Vallarta Municipio de Compostela El Monteón, 63724 Nayari, Nay., Mexico
Staying here feels like you’re in a luxury treehouse… so fun and beautiful!
Paradero Hotel
My first trip outside the country when COVID regulations were lifted was to Todos Santos, Mexico. For this getaway, my best friend Kat and I stayed at the Paradero Hotel for our girls trip. We decided to head a bit north to this small town called El Pescadero. La Mesa KM 59 +3100, Degollado, 23300 Todos Santos, B.C.S., Mexico

St. Regis Punta Mita
The St. Regis Punta Mita is located a little outside Puerto Vallarta and situated with the Four Seasons Punta Mita. I have visited various St. Regis Hotels in the past, but this hotel really stood out. After experiencing the St. Regis Punta Mita service, beautiful property, incredible food and overall incredibly luxurious guest experience, I can’t wait to go back.
