Healdsburg is certainly one of the best places to experience California’s Wine Country and I am lucky to call it home. With plenty of farm-to-table restaurants in the area, you’ll find yourself in a heaven filled with talented chefs, exquisite restaurants, amazing wine, and some of the most delicious meals you can find. I’m sharing my top Healdsburg lunch spots that I absolutely adore so you can enjoy this special town!

Alioto’s Healdsburger
Alioto’s Healdsburger is voted one of the “Top Burgers in Sonoma County” and rightfully so. Alioto and many other burger spots are featured on my Best Burgers in Healdsburg You Must Experience. Okay now back to this special spot. It is my go-to for fresh burgers, sandwiches, ice cream milkshakes and other daily specials. What is better than a burger and a milkshake? Local products are used whenever possible and they have a great selection of beer and wine. Big John’s Market
For a great assortment of locally procured produce, cheese, and delicious food, Big John’s Market is the spot to visit. They also have a great deli section, a burrito bar and hot food that is perfect for picnics or to grab a bite between a day of wine tasting. Brava’s Bar de Tapas
For some delicious Spanish food, a lovely outdoor setting (hands down one of my favorite patio’s in town) and some of the best cocktails in town, Brava’s Bar de Tapas is the spot to be. I love sitting in their back patio, so when you make a reservation, be sure you are requesting their outside area. They have both warm and chilled tapas, various small plates and a great selection of beer and wine. 420 Center Street, Healdsbrug, CA 95448.

Campo Fina
Food is one of the best ways to explore local culture and a great stop is Campo Fina. This stylish Italian restaurant serves up the tastiest wood-fired pizzas and other small plates. The relaxed atmosphere makes it a great place to grab shareable bites with friends and family. I recommend a pizza, salad and meatballs as I can’t visit and not have at least one pizza and one salad! 330 Healdsburg Ave, Healdsburg, CA 95448

Costeaux French Bakery
If you’re visiting Healdsburg, be sure to check out Costeaux French Bakery. They have a delightful selection of all-day breakfast items such as omelets, quiches, and sandwiches to choose from. Also, I recommend their artisan breads, soups and signature desserts. If you’re looking for a quick grab, you can even get their boxed lunch option to-go! Make sure you stop by this French-style gem while you spend you time in Healdsburg. Like I mentioned, Costeaux Bakery is a must visit while in Healdsburg because of their delicious treats, food and incredible ambiance. I was so lucky to join Will Seppi, the owner, manager and baker, to get a behind the scenes culinary demo. Dry Creek General Store
Looking for the cutest and charming general store? Then you must visit the Dry Creek General Store. This spot is a gathering place in the heart of Dry Creek that serves the finest hand-crafted sandwiches, soups, salads, deli platters, and boxed lunches which are ideal for a quick snack while wine tasting in Dry Creek. Duke’s Spirited Cocktails
Duke’s Spirited Cocktails Lounge is certainly one of the coolest hangout spots in Healdsburg. On any given day you’ll find it filled with customers enjoying delicious food, and a cocktail or two. This upscale lounge has an impressive cocktail menu and their brunch offerings are equally as delicious. The decor is sophisticated and classy with an unbeatable atmosphere you can definitely enjoy with some friends. 111 Plaza St, Healdsburg, CA 95448

El Farolito
Looking for authentic Mexican bites in town? El Farolito has you covered. Tacos, burritos, fajitas, enchiladas… you name it! El Farolito is an upbeat restaurant located in the heart of Healdsburg, so it’s right within walking distance to the rest of the city. Their execution of delicious food makes this upbeat Mexican joint a must-visit. 128 Plaza St, Healdsburg, CA 95448

Hazel Hill at Montage Healdsburg
Hazel Hill is centrally located a few minutes from downtown Healdsburg and tucked among 258 acres of Montage vineyards. This beautiful and upscale farm-to-table restaurant located at Montage Healdsburg Hotel offers seasonal, California-influenced French cuisine for breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch, happy hour, and dinner. While enjoying delicious food and an exquisite selection of wine, guests are immersed in views of wine country as far as the eye can see. KINSmoke
If you’re looking for some true Southern BBQ, then KINSmoke is the place to visit. They grill up all meats and even seafood to cook for you in a pit over California Oak and cherry woods. Their barbecue style is very authentic with great flavors and spices. The joint has a fun and entertaining atmosphere, perfect to gather with family and friends. 304 Center St, Healdsburg, CA 95448

Little Saint Healdsburg
Little Saint Healdsburg is a brand new spot in the area that is gaining a lot of buzz. This plant-free based restaurant is completely vegan with some of the best food you will ever try. Check out my blog on Little Saint Healdsburg Grand Opening here.
Fresh ingredients served straight to the plate from Little Saint’s garden area. Plant-based food never tasted SO good.
Their cookies (and all their meals) are so delicious, be careful because it’s hard to resist going back for more.
Oakville Grocery
Founded in 1881, Oakville Grocery is the oldest continually operating grocery store in California and the perfect place to grab a quick bite. They serve artisan sandwiches, house-made salads, wines & other picnic-friendly food. They have lovely outdoor seating as well as a curbside pickup option. 124 W Matheson St, Healdsburg, CA 95448

Otoro Sushi
If you are ever craving sushi in Healdsburg, I recommend Otoro Sushi. Their ingredients are very fresh and sourced from local farmers’ markets. The environment is cozy and intimate serving gourmet sushi, delicious soups, and Bento Boxes. 1280 Healdsburg Ave, Healdsburg, CA 95448

Parish Café
The Parish Café is a great eatery in downtown Healdsburg. Its authentic cuisine is a mix of Cajun and Creole specialities. Their dishes are so delicious that they’ll leave you wanting for more as the hours go by. Quail & Condor Bakery
Quail & Condor are your friendly neighborhood bakers in Healdsburg, CA. Their sensational pastries, bread, and pies have soft and pillowy textures with incredible flavors. The bakery makes sure to use fresh, local ingredients. They even have exquisite seasonal pastries such as the Cardamom Cream Bun or Miso Pumpkin Muffins. Shelton’s Natural Foods Market
Shelton’s Natural Foods Market is a great choice to shop for organic, locally-made groceries and find a community gathering place. It’s known as “The Biggest Little Natural Foods Store Around” and is located in the heart of Healdsburg. Along with the best fresh produce, they also serve salads, sandwiches, and ready-to-eat meals which are all made by in-house chefs. 428 Center St, Healdsburg, CA 95448
J.S.F. Tip: Order a deli sandwich here they are the best in town and they also have amazingly fresh pre-made salads and divine deli salads.

Summer’s Market is a fabulous little spot with delicious coffees, breakfast burritos and more.
The Wurst Restaurant
The Wurst Restaurant has patio casual dining just off the beautiful downtown Healdsburg Plaza. It’s a great place for lunch that offers indoor and patio seating. The vibe is very laid-back as the joint serves up some of the best grilled, artisan sausages, burgers, draft beers, and local wine. There are also plenty of desserts to choose from such as homemade milkshakes, ice cream floats, and the Wurst Sundae. 22 Matheson St, Healdsburg, CA 95448

Willi’s Seafood & Raw Bar
Located just north of the town square in downtown Healdsburg, the East Coast, and South America meet Wine Country at Willi’s Seafood & Raw Bar. This airy and lively seafood cafe has very inviting and warm vibes. The new chef’s raw bar features an ever-changing selection of fresh seafood.
