The combination of being a wino and spending the majority of my time in Healdsburg (where I now call home), knowing my way around the Healdsburg Wine Scene is definitely one of my strong suits. For a more general overview of wineries in Healdsburg, head to the Healdsburg Wineries section on the blog here. For my consolidated list of the Top 10 Wineries in Healdsburg, continue reading below!
The first member of my list of the best wineries in Healdsburg is Arista Winery. Since its beginning in 2002, Arista Winery has shown a dedication to quality by producing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines in small lots. Their property also encapsulates the beauty of California wine country and makes for a perfect and tranquil tasting experience. Read about my recent visit to Arista Winery here. 7015 Westside Rd, Healdsburg, CA 95448
Chalk Hill Estate Vineyards
Chalk Hill Estate Vineyards is another one of my favorite wineries in Healdsburg. Lambert Bridge is a perfect venue for a group visit in this case an afternoon with my book club ladies. We had the most magical picnic in one of their outdoor tents in their stunning garden setting.
Silver Oak Alexander Valley
While Silver Oak’s original location is in Napa, their second location, Silver Oak Alexander Valley, made it onto my list of the best wineries in Healdsburg very quickly after my first visit. Read the blog post about Silver Oak Alexander Valley here. Their tasting room is absolutely stunning and their esteemed wines exude quality with every sip. 7300 CA-128, Healdsburg, CA 95448
My kind of Silver Oak line up we tasted about 7 vintages of the Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon. See what I mean this place is fabulous!
Sutro Wine Co.
