One of Geyserville’s newest restaurants that Sonoma County has been eagerly awaiting (for years) since the original Cyrus Healdsburg closed is Cyrus Restaurant, Gysterville. Follow along to see the new Cyrus Restaurant, A Geyserville Gem.
I will be dining at Cyrus in November so will be sure to add more to the below after my visit but in the meantime, I wanted to share this since any foodie in the Bay Area will be drooling at this exiting new opening and the chance to have the divine Culinary creations from legendary Chef Doug Keane at Cyrus.
Be sure to check out my Geyserville Dining Guide for more fabulous restaurants featured in the area!
About Cyrus Restaurant
A dream of over ten years for owners Douglas Keane and Nick Peyton, was to create their own fine dining experience in the Alexander Valley. Dedicated professionals have done their part to provide an immersive and extravagant experience for guests. From Sommeliers to Pastry Chefs, you are getting the best of the best when it come to fine dining in Wine Country.
All smiles during my pre-opening tour! See the behind the scenes fun on my Instagram Reel here! A HUGE thank you to Amber, Chef Doug, and Co-Owner/Partner Nick for letting me visit for this sneak peek. I am beyond thrilled for my visit in November!
The Delicious Food Served
Only the best of the best is served at this amazing new restaurant. One thing to note is that the food is just as delicious as it is beautiful. It truly is a craft and art watching the staff create such amazing culinary masterpieces. That’s right there is an open kitchen so during one of the courses of dinners guests have a view of the kitchen (view shown below).
Here is one of their signature desserts, a Plum, Black Sesame, Kokuto. There is so much detail brought into every plate served at Cyrus Restaurant Geyserville.
Everything is plated so pretty you almost don’t want to ruin it.
The gorgeous Cyrus dining room with Vineyard views! Can it get more Wine country than this?
The Bubbles lounge will be opening November 3rd, so be sure to mark your calendars and check it out.
