Dry Creek Kitchen
Dry Creek Kitchen, located in the heart of Healdsburg, is a premiere dining destination celebrated for its innovative cuisine and exceptional wine pairings. Founded by renowned chef Charlie Palmer, the restaurant emphasizes fresh, locally-sourced ingredients to create sophisticated dishes that reflect the bounty of Sonoma County.

Studio Cellar by DCK
Dry Creek Kitchen has introduced a new dining experience, Studio Cellar by DCK. This is a personalized Sonoma County culinary and wine immersion for up to 10 guests, set within Hotel Healdsburg’s Wine Library. Guests have the opportunity to indulge in a seven-course tasting menu crafted by award-winning Executive Chef Shane McAnelly & Chef Charlie Palmer. The Studio Cellar by DCK is ideal for celebrations, wine enthusiasts, and business gatherings, delight in this new journey by Chef Charlie Palmer & Chef Shane McAnelly at Dry Creek Kitchen.
$295 a person with a minimum of 6 people in the library.
The seven-course menu features the freshest seafood, along with locally acclaimed proteins.
When you reserve a Studio Cellar by DCK experience, Chefs Palmer and McAnelly, along with Wine Director Jon Macklem, will personally design your menu based on your tastes, preferences, and favorite flavors and wines. I always love an excuse to get to hang out with and see Chef Charlie. He lives locally in Healdsburg, but also has restaurants across the country so it’s extra special when he’s in Healdsburg and we get to spend time with him at his restaurants.
Chef Taylor Kelley’s pastry talents are also on full display, with items like her Strawberry Cremeux Tart with white chocolate chantilly and strawberry basil sorbet.
