I had the privilege and opportunity to attend the World of Pinot Noir 2020, an annual wine event that brings together wines and winemakers from all around the world and wine enthusiasts (like myself!) for a few days of celebration and education.
Below I’m going to share with you a few of my favorite Santa Barbara wines enjoyed at The World of Pinot Noir 2020. I’ve interviewed many of these talented winemakers, as well as visited many of their gorgeous wineries, so be sure to stick around and check out all of the blog posts I’ve written about to learn more. Now, without further ado, let’s get started with these World of Pinot Noir 2020 Top Santa Barbara Wines!
World of Pinot Noir Top Santa Barbara Wines
Au Bon Climat

Clendenen Family Vineyards
For those who don’t know, Clendenen is actually the sister brand of Au Bon Climat!
If you want to read more about how much I adore Dragonette, check out my blog posts about the Best Sta. Rita Hills Wineries and the Top 10 Los Olivos Wine Tasting Rooms & Restaurants. Cheers to connecting with Winemaker Brandon (shown below). He’s awesome and so are his wines!
Hitching Post Wines
Another name most of us know is Hitching Post Wines from the adored movie Sideways. Not only do we love them for that movie, but their wines are also spectacular. Read more about their new tasting room and iconic restaurant here. In addition, check out my blog post about my Sta. Rita Hills Fire & Wine Weekend Grand Tasting featuring Hitching Post Wines!
The Hilt Winemaker Matt Dees
Mail Road is another brand I’ve gotten familiar with after tasting their wines at the 2019 Sta. Rita Hills Fire & Wine Weekend, which I wrote about here. In addition, read my interview with Winemaker Matt Dees on the blog here and watch my Virtual Wine Tasting Video with Matt Dees as well here. They certainly belong on my list of World of Pinot Noir Top Santa Barbara Wines.
