Barking Dog Alehouse
If you love to travel with your pets like me, you will love Barking Dog Alehouse. They are super pet friendly and even work to promote dog welfare in the community. They also have an amazing selection of craft beers and great food in a casual environment.
The Barking Dog Alehouse also has great decor, mostly featuring pups and pets as well as some local sports teams. 705 NW 70th St, Seattle, WA 98117
Blue Bird Ice Cream
Located in Phinney Ridge, Blue Bird Ice Cream specializes in small-batch premium ice cream and nano-brewed craft sodas and beers. This place is a must-stop for me when I’m looking for something sweet in Greenwood. You can check out their menu here. 7415 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103

Coyles’s Bakeshop started in 2013 as a pop-up bakery, and in March 2015, they opened their brick & mortar shop on Greenwood Ave. They have since specialized in handmade pastries, cakes, tarts, savories, and sweets. They draw inspiration from French, English, and American baking and use seasonal ingredients to create their incredible menu. 8300 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103
They also do custom, special cakes for any of your occasions so you can celebrate special occasions in a way that is perfect for you.
El Chupacabra
The relaxing atmosphere and the good prices of homemade Mexican foods at El Chupacabra are what make this a Seattle favorite.
The punk Inspired decor makes up an unconventional dining experience for people who are looking for some special and unique elements to add to their visits. Both locations at Greenwood and Alki have a cool bar and patio that you can enjoy with your food. So come and start your new adventure with El Chupacabra! Flint Creek Cattle Co
If you find yourself looking for a steak in Seattle, Flint Creek Cattle Co. is one of the best places to eat steak in Greenwood. All of their meat is premium, and responsibly raised, so you can be assured the food is top quality. And delicious.
They also have a great drink menu that pairs fabulously with all of their meal options. See their website here. 8421 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103
Herkimer Coffee
Seattle may be known for their coffee, but this spot is truly one of the best. Herkimer coffee is always on my list of go-tos in the Greenwood area. They have friendly staff, delicious coffee, and seriously impressive latte art skills. If you like what you see, you can also buy their coffee wholesale and on a subscription-based program. 7320 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103

Red Mill Burgers
Red Mill Burgers is definitely one of the best places to eat in Greenwood, and locals seem to agree. This classic burger joint is no frills and has some serious character. Plus, they have so many types of burgers, you’ll never get bored. Also, they’re sibling founded and just look at those adorable checkered tile floors. Check them out on their website. 312 N 67th St, Seattle, WA 98103
Taqueria La Fondita
This Taqueria has a massive menu: tacos, burritos, plates, mulitas, sopitos and tortas. While I do love the sopitos in their thick, slightly crunchy masa glory, I cannot move past the carnitas tacos. I’m certain that in the two weeks before we moved I ate the carnitas tacos for lunch at least four times. Partially because they were so close and my kitchen was packed up, but also because these carnitas tacos are everything you want out of a taco. Five tacos are $11, perfect for a substantial lunch. 8953 Aurora Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103
