During a recent getaway to Sonoma’s Farmhouse Inn, I had the pleasure of dining at The Farmhouse Inn. They have two dining experiences guests can choose from. One is a formal dinner at their Michelin Star Restaurant, and a more casual brunch experience guests can enjoy during their stay at the hotel.

My Dining Experience

Cheers to this fabulous brunch on the patio and enjoying the beautiful Farmhouse Inn gardens, a lovely setting. Incredible attentive staff who responded to each and every one of our needs.  What really set this dining experience apart from other hotels was the attentiveness and genuine thoughtfulness of the staff. They really kept such a great eye on us, double checking if there was anything else we needed, how we were enjoying our dishes, and explaining the various ingredients that made each dish excellent and unique.  This brunch will be remembered as one of my favorite hotel brunches in California’s Wine Country. I have learned that a sweet dish is a brunch essential! I tend to crave savory and usually order eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc… However, this French Toast may have changed me to a sweet type of brunch girl. It came with three different toppings on each piece of bread, including strawberries, brie cheese, and blueberries. 

The brunch menu here was one of the best I have had at any hotel dining experience. Kudos to the brunch Chef (a midwest native as well) and his brunch team on making this such a memorable, delicious, and enjoyable experience.
