Mont-St Michel France A Spectacular Sight To Visit

What is Mont Sain-Michel: Mont Saint-Michel is an amazing site to see when visiting France.  It’s a 4-hour trip from Paris along the English Chanel with a ton of history.  It’s also very close to  Normandie’s Omaha Beach (read more about that here) so be sure to visit that historic sites well during your trip.

What is there to see: Mont St Michel offers gorgeous views while there and also provides a wonderful opportunity to take in the French countryside during the drive from Paris.  The view varies as you enter Mont St. Michel since when the tide is high, the sand isn’t visible its covered by water, however during low tide you can see the beach surrounding Mont. St Michel.
