This past year I had the opportunity to visit Punte Del Este, Uruguay, and loved it. Curious about what restaurants I loved in Punte Del Este? Check out Punte Del Este’s Best Restaurants Guide here!
One of the highlights was trying the delicious Hotel Garzon Restaurant. This is one of the most highly regarded restaurants in the country from the famous Chef Francis Mallman (who I had the pleasure of meeting during my visit). Read more below!
Hotel Garzon Restaurant
Both a beautiful place to stay and enjoy a meal, Hotel Garzon Restaurant is one of the places you must try while in Punte Del Este. Whether you visit for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you are in for quite a treat. Costa Jose Ignacio y, 20401 Garzón, Departamento de Maldonado, Uruguay

White visiting Hotel Garzon Restaurant, I ran into Legendary Event Planner Colin Cowie who I interviewed years ago at The Rosewood Sandhill. Read more about the Rosewood Sandhill Luxury Resort here and my interview with Colin Cowie here.
There are plenty of places to choose to enjoy your meal since the entire restaurant really is quite charming.
Delicious Food
Great food and the most friendly staff in such a cute restaurant… what more could I ask for? Even the plating is so pretty, everything has so much detail.
One of the most fun parts of the meal was the Sommelier coming tableside with the wine menu. It was quite oversize and super fun to pick your wine by region.
Me and Shruti enjoying some wine before our meal.
We enjoyed some extremely delicious bread as starters to our meal in a fresh tomato bruschetta of sorts. Amazing!
One of my favorite vegetarian dishes is a Roasted Cauliflower so I of course ordered that which was divine!
Don’t forget to check out their extensive wine collection. There are so many good wines to choose from, but the staff helps make the choice easier so be sure to enjoy a glass or two.
Cheers to such a delicious meal at The Spectacular Hotel Garzon Restaurant. Looking for more amazing restaurants in Uruguay, check out Punte Del Este’s Best Restaurants Guide here!
