The Tuscan Grill Incredibly Delicious Italian Fine Dining On Celebrity Cruises

What is the Tuscan Grill: The Tuscan Grill is the Italian Speciality Restaurant on Celebrity’s Reflection and it’s not to be missed. I went twice during my week, once the first night with a fabulous couple Tina and Frank who I met in line boarding the ship. They are Celebrity lifers so were fabulous to dine with and learn the ropes. That evening I enjoyed the Filet Mignon and The Chopped Salad.

Dinner At The Tuscan Grill With The Hotel Director: You may be wondering, dinner with the Hotel Director? Yes, I was lucky to be invited to join him and a few other guests (mostly ones he had met over the years as they cruised with Celebrity) for an intimate dinner.  This was fabulous as I got to know, Niyazi Korkmaz which was such a pleasure. He oversees the Hotel and the entire Food & Beverage Team. Pretty big role, yet he made time to have a meal with loyal Celebrity guests he has met over the year. Talk about incredible service! This dinner was very special and is where I fell in love with Pouilly-Fuisse Chardonnay. It’s one of Niyazi’s favorite wines which he shared with us during dinner and truly spectacular. I will think of H.D. (what the team calls Niyazi) every time I enjoy this new favorite wine.
